Well with freedom comes personal responsibility and accountability. Most of them can't even maintain full time employment, why would they accept responsibility for any other aspect of their lives?

The fiction here is that Youtube is losing money because of Crowder. They are using whiny left wing activists, who don't add a fucking dime to their bottom line, as an excuse to crackdown on speech they don't like. The business justification is far more fiction than real. It's a testament to how deeply marxian bullshit has poisoned our society. And their "rules" are a vague legalistic Potemkin miasma designed to allow them to fuck over whoever they want whenever it's convenient for them. They are not a straightforward, clear cut, and reasonable set of rules that anyone of reasonable intelligence can follow.

Yeah, I don't know the particulars but I think it's supposed to be a wink and nod to the fact that (a) you "can't talk about Jewish people" and (b) critics already calling out their stand-in phrases like chosen people, etc. So as to make it as obvious as possible while still pointing to the fact that their words are facially generic and they cannot say what they really mean.

So they might say, in response to someone like Rush Limbaugh getting reprimanded for saying George Soros is a hook-nosed, sticky-handed rat with "well, he's been talking shit on everyone for years, but whatya know there happen to be <insert many quotation marks>some people<insert many quotation marks> you can't talk about."

Hmmm sort of like when the NFL players were taking a knee during the National Anthem, and you had a President on Twitter and calling owners privately suggesting they should fire players for kneeing during the National Anthem because it's something he needs and it lifts him politically?

For some strange reason, I didn't see the people on the right on here talking about "Free Speech" when it was the President attempting to thwart individuals free speech.

The NFL should do what's best in their business interests whether that's not allowing kneeling or allowing it.....The government should stay out of the NFL's business....same as I would say in regards to Facebook/Twitter/Youtube etc. If you're ok with the government stepping in to not allow "Big Tech" the freedom to censor as they please, would you also extend that same principle to smaller websites like Sherdog?
