Social Crowder Sues Facebook

Okay.... he's unfunny.....

Is that worse than his claim about "unfair competition, fraud, false advertising, and antitrust" violations?
He's also untrustworthy, as is his lawyer. They were placating Trump and fueling the conspiracies of fraud using random twitter videos as evidence. Just playing up it up for his viewers, creating "plausible" deniability by pretending to be in a stupor, "we are just asking questions" type of thing. It's insulting, and the laywer was present too. Embarrasing stuff all around, and this seems like another pandering publicity stunt.

Then there's the whole using victimhood as a shield to spread lies and misinformatiuon, and crying foul, while simultaniously having control of one of the largest political social media outreach platforms in the world.

Don't get me wrong, Facebook should be dismantled and regulated, but Crowder is full of it and I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him. And given how fat he's looking that's not far.

Pretty sad to see persons like @Social Distance Warrior unscrupulously embrace this fiction. This is just the latest installment of conservatives offering the exact same First Amendment that they've ever had: that others should have no speech rights but that everyone should be forced to regurgitate conservative speech. No different than when conservatives were requiring anti-communist oaths and religious oaths for public employment and protecting religious speech in government while actively seeking to have religious minorities punished.

Actually, I believe the same about you...disappointment.

this trend we are seeing here...from the immense power that certain social media platforms yield is cause for concern.

(just for the record, I completely against the required oaths you speak of above)

tell me what you think.

Never thought I would ever root for Facebook.
So by your logic you would cheer for more censorship then? its really not surprising knowing where "SJW" comes from unlike a current side where they scream and demand persons to be cancelled for the wrong think. Or anything they deem offensives.

Do i remind you we are living in a era of a time where you cant joke anymore nor cant meme and any meme can likely send you to jail.

Again i am no Trump supporter but i dislike censorships and cancel culture i still have to see some action if any from the far left on how they will deal with cancel cluture.

I remember Crowder whining about not being invited on the Daily Show when John Stewart was there. He was like they don't invite on Conservatives, even though Poppa Bear, Bill O and Huckabee were on there all the time. The Daily Show responded and said we only invite on Conservatives people have heard of, which still cracks me up to this day.

Crowder now is one of the top conservative minds of our time. How sad.

I think you're focusing too much on who is filing the lawsuit and not whether it has any merit. It's likely going to take a bunch loudmouths and lawsuits to affect any change for Facebook.

No no, I'm saying my default setting based on anything that Crowder has ever produced, is that it's more than likely a political scheme. I think at a certain point that's alright to have as a default position. It's like the boy who cried wolf.

Who's going to jail over memes?
Someone posted a meme in 2016 or inbetween those two years i dont know the whole story but it seems the person will be in prison over a meme i will share the story when i find it again.

Conservatives aren’t very good at understanding the first amendment which is ironic because they whine about it so much.

It takes a crazy level of stupidity to think that your position of forcing businesses to suffer financial losses against their independent business judgment by forcing them to present the communications of third parties who break their express rules is pro-free speech.

It is pro free speech. Just because what they are doing is technically legal doesn't mean they aren't shit for doing it. Private companies at one time legally owned humans as property, does that mean those people weren't acting in a shit tier manner just because they operated in within the law?

Who wants conservative talking points regurgitated? Who said that? No one probably lol.

I hate the liberal rejects, I think they are weak. I think they make our society weak with their whining, their complaining, their constant cries for assistance and extended unemployment benefits, instead of just taking their lazy asses to work. Their inability to see the past and present, and come to the conclusion that we are progressing, not regressing. There racist bigotry and plain as day false narrative. I think you are all crazy and delusional.

That being said, I would never be happy about, or support, or take pleasure in ANYONE being silenced, censored, and shut down the way conservatives have been in the last 6 months or so by big tech.

Yes, you are correct, they have done nothing illegal. However social media has gone off and pulled a commie tier move. I know it, you know it, everyone on this board knows it. So, when users like yourself feel good about, or defend these actions. I can only come to the conclusion that you would be cool with the state pulling these kind of moves too, so long as they pulled them against those you don't support.

Just like you're doing now.

Stalin himself could rise from his grave and hit Steven Crowder over the head with a bar of soap in a sock and drag him to a gulag and I'd be fine with it.
We know.

Remember that video of Crowder getting his ass kicked by that union guy he had just pushed down, and then Crowder pretended to be the victim?
