Crocop's Weight Training Routine?

Hey anyone know Crocop's training routine when he does the Curls, Bench, Squats, and Bentover Rows?

I mean thats what he does, but what are the reps and sets of it? Thats what i wanna know
 
No one knows? I just need the reps and sets he does squats, curls, rows, and bench with
 
Hey, Ive already got a Crocop training video, but it doesnt have the workouts I listed, Just wanted to know a simple set and rep ratio. damn I thought u were gonna help me but you gimme the rules page. No problem though, I guess I cant talk about that.
 
squats 1 set x 12 reps
bench 5 x 12
BoR 1 x 14
curls 10 x 10

Buy his training DVD and you will see him weight training.
 
If you already got his training video then why cant u just watch it more closely and write down what he does...?

If there actually is anything that implies that he would have good strength training it would be interested to discuss (rules be damned)

...The routine from his training film are fucking awfull. He dont even seem to be doing the circuit/muscle endurance stuff, its just simply bad.
Also he got the weirdest fucking trainer ever with a huge beard!

I have seen other aspects of his training that are interesting but his gymwork is nothing of interest.
 
Toucher, you sure of those reps? I mean Mirko usually bangs out a ridiculous amount of sets and reps in his workouts, not just like one set of 12 for squats!

And yes I do wanna look like Crocop why not? He is ripped. My body type is like him also. I started off with TKD and now im doing Kickboxing with wrestling and BJJ for TD defence and sub defence. My legs are tree trunk like his and I'm a lefty with a surprisingly good right kick

You dissagree with the fact that crocops weight training in that film sucked balls?

I just rewatched it in honour of this thread. A glorious mix of dumbell curls, preacher cable curls and legpresses... ... ... Yep thats sportspecific for certain.

I heard the Crocop actually does curls all day long and that is where he gains his superhuman kicking ability from.

My routine would look like this (Keep in mind that I'm playing my Crocop intro music I-Pod mix while I train)

Circuit:
Incline bench for upper pecs: 20 Reps (Don't want to bulk up and besides, higher reps build better ripped muscle)
Dumbbell Curls supersetted with Barbell Curls: 20 Reps
Leg Press: 40 Reps (Legs need endurance not strength, they are big and strong already)
Cable curl sitting on Swiss Ball with special sphincter contraction method and high kick highlight burnt into my retinas visualization) 25 Reps
Bench PRess machine 30 reps (Again I don't want tight muscles and this way I can work on my physique without developing lower pecs too much and the machine prevents most of my mucles from getting tired so my pecs take it all)

Repeat for three sets then perform anal massage and lick Crocop cutout.

Best thread ever.

I actually want to look like Tank
