Cris 'Cyborg' Santos says it's destiny for her to fight Ronda Rousey -- and says when the two finally meet, she's gonna knock Ronda the hell out.

Cyborg is in Brazil -- where the Brazilian native is gearing up for her UFC debut Saturday night. We're told more than 16,000 people attended the weigh-in -- the largest weigh-in crowd in combat history.

But in footage obtained by TMZ Sports, Cyborg is so confident she's gonna beat Leslie Smith at UFC 198 tomorrow, she's already looking ahead to Rousey.

"I'm going to K.O. Ronda. Yeah, for sure," Cyborg says.

But the most interesting part, Cyborg says she doesn't "hate" the UFC legend -- she claims the animosity stems from frustration from not being able to fight her in the past.

Cyborg accuses Ronda of running from her -- and says all it will take is one call from Ronda to Dana White, and it's on.

I've always held that as a distinct possibility should they ever square off. Granted, I had more confidence in it prior to the last six months. Not because she lost to Holly, but just how out of control she's seemed since that time.

Do you really think Ronda weighs 135? I would love to see what she weighs right as she steps in the cage. I bet she weighs around 160, but until they do that..... From all the Cyborg hate, Ronda fights undersized women too. Look what happened when she fought someone her size, she got KTFO. Same for Conor, he fought someone his true weight and got choked out. They both panicked, only difference, Conor didn't go on TV and say he thought about suicide, see Bethe was right about her.
