Creepy clown abuse.

They aren't getting beat down for a reason. Basically, they are today's version of Goth kids. They want to look scary and creepy, but if they actually picked a fight with even your average joe, they would get wrecked. So instead they wait til 1 am, then put on makeup with their buddies, then find an area with absolutely 0 foot traffic at that hour and take pictures of each other lurking by roads. Then they look at the pictures together and say "did that look scary?" "Yeah that was pretty good. Let's do one more....oh no, here comes a car!!! Hide!!"
