Is it worth taking it? I've read about the weight gain and the negative impact on endurance.

I've read the FAQ, used google, but nothing really covers the topic of creatine for combat athletes.

I'm realy concerned about the weight gain issue. I had my first fight(which I won ) yesterday and would like to do a very clean bulk, will creatine be helpful?
