I would go with:

Main Event: Tyron Woodley vs Darren Till

Darren Till is fresh off a boring fight that featured more fist touches than strikes, and Woodley is the most boring champion in UFC history, guaranteed to be a snoozer. Also with the added bonus of Till missing weight and making this a non title bout or pulling out all together.

Co main event: Amanda Nunes vs Holly Holm

Two counter strikers is guaranteed to be a boring fight. Should end up being similar Nunes vs Schevschenko where everyone fell asleep by the 3rd round but with plenty of additional wall and stall by Holm.

4th fight: Germaine de Randamie vs Bethe Correia
see fight 3. Also two of the ugliest in the WMMA roster.

3rd fight: Carla Esparza vs Joanne Calderwood
Making sure to force feed my audience plenty of mediocre WMMA.

2nd Fight: Glover Teixera vs Jan Blachowitz
Another wrestler vs a guy that can't stop the shot.

1st Fight: Kamaru Usman vs Carlos Condit
A dry humper vs a guy that can't stop the shot will be a guaranteed snooze fest.

Cormier vs Blaydes
Two wrestlers who will probably just want to get in a wrestling match for ego. Could be a good fight if DC relies more on his striking though.

Mighty Mouse vs Pettis (Only guy he hasn't fought I guess)
The Pettis bros aren't great at defending takedowns. MM would most likely put on a grappling clinic but not get a finish.

Corey Anderson vs Misha Cirkunov
Again two grapplers fighting. Either cancel each other out and nobody goes for anything on the feet, or we have a lot of "octagon control" and holding against the cage

CB Dolloway vs Elias Theodouro (However the fuck you spell it)
Both point fighters who never show any urgency to go for a finish, probably end with a decision and few significant strikes landed.

Tatiana Suarez vs Danielle Taylor
I quite like Tatiana but again she's another grappler, Danielle Taylor is about 4'11 so it'd be a mismatch but just a grappling clinic.

Yushin Okami vs Dong Hyun Kim
Okami is content to just try outwrestle people. DHK has a few KO's but like pretty much everyone else doesn't really try for a finish.
