That was just outstanding. First guy to legitimately stop Cote with strikes.

Cote has a solid chin he ate those shots like they were a poutine

Maybe the best allaround performance of his career, crazy.

No ones beaten Cote that badly everywhere, not even Anderson, Wonderboy or even fucking Tito @ LHW (tho he got a 10-8 IIRC) lol

Cowboy looked great. I'm happy for him. I hope this dude gets a UFC title before he hangs it up.

Wtf!? He gets crushed by a small dude yet kills a big one. I don't understand this sport, like at all

Part of me kept waiting on him to get too comfortable and catch 1 counter on the chin. He looked damn good. Hands were smooth

that "small" dude has been running roughshot and would destroy a lot of guys at WW as well

It may be more to do with Cerrone having to keep himself smaller, and cut weight harder to reach 155. Perhaps fighting 15lbs higher has put him in a much more physically comfortable spot. He's tall afterall. So he's not really giving up any physical advantages going to ww. He's still tall and long at WW.

Mental plays a huge part. Someone can get in your head and you will be defensive even though your attacks can damage them. There are many other mental factors that come into play each time. Also maybe on that perticular day you didn't prepare properly or didn't eat the correct things or maybe you trained too much in the last few days etc etc.

There are so many factors or a combination of so many factors. It's not as simple as "gets crushed by a small dude yet kills a big one".

If the small dude you're referring to is RDA, he might very well be the most vicious human shorter than 5"9 currently alive.

Dude looked great. Just hope he can get himself some consistency

I have to say I was more disappointing in Cote than impressed with Cowboy. Just me though.
