There is one thing humans naturally do and that's spawn culture. At which point, everything else that happens is no longer "natural" it is shaded by the culture it happens in. The problem with the race card in America is that its used as a blank check by some people. They're so quick to play the race card that increasingly it is seen as a tool to get out of trouble or attack someone who hasn't really done anything.

In ancient times I worked at Daiei Holiday Mart and my first summer there I got to work the summer tent outside. My two coworkers were black military wives. By the end of the first day they got in trouble (from the white manager) for swearing in front of customers who later complained about it.

Immediately they declared that had the manager been black they wouldn't have gotten in trouble and that I (white guy) wouldn't have gotten in trouble for the same offense. Obviously the fact that I didn't swear in front of customers was a non-factor...

This is the kind of thing the guy is referencing when he takes Bobby Green's claim with a grain of salt.
