Found this online, after reading through it becomes pretty clear to me that it is more than likely certain fighters positive tests have been covered up in the past by certain bodies and individuals.
What I found most unusual about the list of fighters who have tested positive for banned substance is there is barely a household name on the list? lol ok 95% of the fighters testing positive in a 15 year period are cans. sure.
Realistically one would have to think alot of failed tests have been covered up in the past.
