...and more importantly, the right seat pricing.

They 'sold out' Ethihad Stadium with the Ronda vs Holm fight. But that's not a 100k stadium. And it wasn't a max capacity sell out...

Croke Park 83,000 plus whatever you fit on a very large pitch. Put McGregor on the card and it would sell out in a few days.

Rousey and Conor together yes but football stadiums are cheap pricing. They can make more money selling out msg with insane prices. It's not worth it.

They would definitely have to knock the prices way down in hopes of selling more to make up for it

Not even close to the best card they could do.
Rousey beats Nunes then moves up to beat Holly to become the 2nd simultaneous 2 division champion. Jones comes back and wins the LHW title back from DC meanwhile Cain wins the HW title from Stipe.
    and then it is
Conor vs Khabib for the LW title
Rousey vs Cyborg for the FW title
GSP vs Bisping for the MW title
LHW champion Jon Jones vs HW Champion Cain Velazquez for the HW title
    Anderson vs Lyoto
    Nick vs Nate

    LOL

In Brazil with Aldo or Nog or Silva and guys like Vitor, Shogun, etc...on the card. Easily.
