This has been going on for a littler over a month now. Every time I leave a game disc inside my ps4 for a period of time(over 2 hours) and I turn my ps4 back on it shows that there is no disc in for me to play that certain game. I can't eject the disc because it doesn't recognize there is a disc inside. Then when I try to turn off my ps4 it beeps twice and wont turn off. It just keeps showing a white light glowing over and over and the only way for me to turn it off is to unplug it which messes up my ps4.
I really don't want to go through the hassle of trying to get it fixed. Could someone please help me?
