could someone help me with a vegitarian diet please

If some one can give me a somewhat detailed vegitarian diet i would appreciate it.

ummm... well can you eat fish? I know some vegetarians eat fish. How about eggs and dairy? In general I think vegetarianism is an ignorant way to go. Why are you only eating things that can't run away?

I'm a vegetarian. I fish and dairy, though.

I eat chicken every now and again, too..

I guess I really just stay away from red meat.

The main question is are you going to eat fish, eggs, or dairy? That has to be established before any real advice can be given.

Buy a book, dude, I already recommended one on here.

Vegetarianism has more at stake, because you can do it wrong (I've seen it done wrong, and we're not talking about vegans). I just don't think it's a good idea to try to understand it anecdotally: in bits and pieces.

You should have an understanding of the principles and pitfalls of vegetarianism from the ground up.
