If Diego got KOd he'd probably win a technical decision.

He is getting way more crap than he deserves at the moment. His style impresses the judges that are clearly just looking at aggression. He has lost decisions before too...
 
Nick Ring beat Riki Fukuda off of his back, so I guess its possible.
 
I could see him mean mug and flail his way to a SD over Bones at this point.

Seriously though- between Benson's shrugging off every time he gets tagged and the Diego/Leonard epileptic type approach towards fighting I'm convinced that judges put way too much emphasis on body language, facial expression and other elements that are not relevant to the fight itself.

The only real match left for Diego is with Benson, which will result in a universe destroying split decision.
 
Diego is extremely good on the ground but I think he is more of a top guy though.
 
He is aggressive off his back.

Maybe if he pulls guard first, we can hear about his aggression and control.
