Part of me feels admiration for the idea that McGregor would come back and take such a dangerous style matchup, but the other side of the coin is, would fans accept anything less than that? Holloway is MIA. Nate is irrelevant, 170 lb guys are too big. Super fight with gsp maaaybe is there but its a big stretch.
If conor wants to fight again soon he gonna have to face this crazy guy from mountains

Lol Khabib isnt as bad a matchup compared to GSP.

I think beating Khabib puts Conor in the atg list. His accomplishments will far outweigh the Serra moment with Diaz.

Of course. He can get the fight booked then hire a pullout specialist to plant some cables or a speaker near Khabib so he pulls out, then Nate can come in as legitimate late notice replacement.

Of course he could, it depends entirely on what his goals are.

If he wants to make bank he either fights GSP, or Khabib, if he wants a tune up after being away, it won't be worth big money. Pick your poison.

If he wants a large financial reward, he's going to have to take the big risk.

Personally, a tune up fight wouldn't be a bad thing for his best interests, if a GSP fight isn't on the table.

He is retired just leave it. Dana confirmed that there are no talks with Mcgregor at the moment. media producing fake news as always

Thinking whoever they think will make the most money... St Pierre... just hoping not Diaz yet ( but those two fights were awesome ).

If he beats GSP. Either Khabib or GDP are the only 2 that make sense. Diaz isnt relevant enough to really matter

im suprised conor hasnt come back vs gsp, that makes the most sense. conor could play the heel and gsp the good guy.

Well he isn't champion anymore and if he's willing to return to fight... I am sure the UFC will bend over backwards.

He won’t fight gsp, at least with khabib his stand up is mediocre. Gsp would own him standing or not

Trilogy fight with Nate makes most sense, neither have been active and casuals won't give a shit, and since they are most of the PPV for a big card, UFC wont give a shit.
Main question is how much weed has Nate got left after the last fight?

The Diaz fight will be saved until after Conor loses to whomever he comes back and faces. After Nate beats him again, call it a career.

Connor will find a way. People will cry foul and call him a duck. Then he will spin it. People will accept. Connor will reap the benifit.

Been done a million times before, will happen again.

Is this thread a joke? After the dolly incident who else can Conor fight and not lose face?
