Could Conor make 135lbs?

Conor is determined to be a 2 weight world champion and replicate his cage warriors accomplishments in the ufc, but I dont see him getting the 155lb belt or anything above either. So the question is, is it possible he could get down to 135 and take that belt and hold the featherweight and bantamweight titles? His power would be Godly at that weight. Just saying that could be an option if his run at the 155lb title fails. He wouldnt even have to do it more than once, he could just make weight, KO Cruz and then vacate it since the cut would probably be too hard to do consistently.
