They are going to come in at around 200-205 as both will come in lighter to make weight and there is no way Costa comes in cage 220 unless he wants to die.

Chimaev will appear slight bigger on fight night he is the taller man.. He stands 6'2 with 200-205.

Plus he will be the stronger guy on fight night. A shorted armed Brazilian with poor genetics will not outstrength someone who is breed on grappling from the caucaus mountains..
