According to a report by AGfight, the long rumored fight between UFC heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier and WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar is being targeted for UFC 241 on Aug. 17, though no location has been revealed for the event.

I hope DC wins and retire.
 
DC will pass torch and then retire. Good for him. Brock will be pefect UFC HW champion.

How many times has Brock been tested this year?
 
The fight will be a spectacle that's for sure. Even at 42 Brock is still a freak athlete. DC should beat him easily, but if Brock can tighten up his striking he can make it intersting.
 
Brock will turtle and quit in the first. Maybe be punched into a cartwheel first.
 
DC should obviously win that fight, but if they let Brock juice and he shows up like he did against Hunt, it could be very interesting.

Lesnar looked better than ever against Hunt. The most impressive thing about Lesnar is his cardio, 300lbs of muscle, cardio even for 5 rounds. Overeem was juiced to the grills as well and he never had cardio like Brock.
However DC is a better and quicker striker, strong and powerful as a heavyweight and his wrestling is the key, bad stylistic matchup for Lesnar.

That was a 3 round fight.

Brock has never fought 5 rounds.
 
Brock is the more technical wrestler/boxer all DC has is better cardio

Gonna be a rough night for ole DC
 
Brock knows he can't go 5 rounds. So he's gonna try to finish early. It's gonna be exciting. But I think DC beats him up, either tko/ko or forces him to quit some way. But Brock can get lucky.

I know but he wasn't very tired same against Herring, Brock will be prepared for 5 round fight with little bit doctor help. Carwin nearly finished Lesnar and Brock survived, Lesnar recovered quickly and in 2nd round he was fresh.
 
Honestly as much Brock fight is bs ranking wise. I am excited and if we can see bork that fought Hunt (cough cough), I can see him winning. Really a mismatch for DC.
