Well maybe 15 pounds of fat, DC looked suprisingly lean for gus and jones 2 while still being 220. He has a stocky, big frame with wide hips which makes him look fatter than he is.

I don’t think you understand how leverage works.

Shorter arm means the hand is closer to the pivot point so the arm needs to apply less force to get the same force at the hand.

If the load is the hand (+whatever it's trying to move) the farther away from the pivot it is the more force needs to be applied to move it. But I get your confusion; you're thinking torque which means a longer arm will generate more velocity.
