Every cop should train BJJ at least 3 times a week. Really impressive way he handled this situation without really throwing any strikes or inflicting damage.
I read that as Cro Cop arm bars BLM supporter and came in in a hurry
I am dissapoint
Absolutely. Knee-on-belly all day, all night for me too. I of course like it for BJJ, but I've had multiple irl encounters (usually with drunks or crazies) where knee-on-belly did the trick with no wiggle room for them to pull a fast one.I would of went knee on belly hoping he rolls to release the pressure and thats when i secure the back and wait for cuffs or cuff him myself...mount unless your striking or gunna choke someone...isnt really gunna work to restrain a suspect...knee on belly encourages them to roll to there bellys which gives the traditional hand cuff position for police
