Thanks Frode! Love the way he manages distance, defends, and steer his partner into a pivot with the lead from 0:10-0:14. Counter uppercut late was nice.
I can't help but notice that he was sparring with an orthodox stance opponent instead of a southpaw like RDA (or Diaz). His style is really meant to take advantage of the inside angle and distance of an opposite side match up. Was this just a warm up round?
