Do you have any warmup drills, i.e. shrimping, tumbling, that are difficult and/or interesting?

At my gym we do a couple of warmup drills that are pretty cool.

1. back tumbling into handstand pop up ( i have no idea what to call this )

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/tq9jdjPgd1s&hl=en"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/tq9jdjPgd1s&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Shungo Oyama kind of does it @ 2:45 into the vid, except he just gets up w/ his hands. we try to jump up with our hands, which for some reason is actually kind of fun.

2. against the wall-spins, turning into inverted guard

hard to explain, but u start sitting with your feet against the wall. then you turn in and down towards your left shoulder and do like a side roll. you end up in inverted guard with your feet still touching the wall and your hands touching the wall beneath that. you spin back out and repeat. if you can do them consecutively, you look like ur a ninja turtle spinning on your shell across the room.

this one i cannot do and is not that fun, lol.

share any interesting ones you might practice at your gym.

I particularly like the one 2:04 into the video

The alligator walk is a killer too, like Jacare does

I love the exercise at 2:04, I just started calling it the Galvao Walk after I saw this video. I like to throw it into bodyweight workouts along with shooting doubles, shrimping drills, burpees and mountain climbers.

No one going to post the old school Machado video?
