@Buff I found some more Tito cooking fun if you're interested, with a couple more knife moments I would like your assessment on. I would also like your input as to the amount of parmesan he puts on a steak.

I have timestamped it for your convenience.

I'm actually impressed.

This is actually a lot better than the onion chopping... Still some hilarious moments, but passable... I can't shit on it despite really wanting to.

Chopping - 5/10... A big knife for the sweet potato is fine, but he should have cut a slice off the side to stabilise the potato for chopping safely. The big butcher knife actually isn't a bad shout for this... One slip and he's in trouble with the other hand, but not too scary... The salad wasn't too bad either, albeit he used a fillet knife for it, but he made a good attempt at making a claw with his free hand.

Steaks - 4.5/10 - He was doing so well until the parmesan came out. Parmesan on steak is perfectly acceptable - there's a steak salad dish called "Steak Robespierre" that uses a shitload of shavings, but AFTER its been cooked - putting it face up on raw meat will just turn to fat and make the steak tougher because of the salt... The cuts were nice though. He buys good quality ingredients.

The best moment was when he went "I can tell by the stiffness of the steak that it's done... About medium rare" and then proceeds to hack up some very well-done meat... But that's me being a cheffy cunt.

Fair play to him though, it was a nice scene, he's obviously trying hard, and the boys seem like nice kids, albeit the poor fuckers look just like him... It can never be said that Tito Ortiz isn't a tryer.

Roy Nelson loves his Costco chickens.

On a budget Pat Barry and his rice and ketchup.

Nothing wrong with using an air fryer to cook. The taste is almost as good as a grill and much better better than pan frying. Also you only need to use less than half a tea spoon of oil for it
