Where in any of his fights have we seen his superior "movement" that he always preaches about? He says he moves like no on else in the game, but I find it hard to see any of it. You mostly find him trying to walk down his opponents, and land his shots without any footwork. When you do see some (like his switching of stances to Capoeira kick against Diaz) it seems very premeditated, and not effective at all.

Anyways thought I'd bring it up because I am sick of seeing him spout so much bullshit, and people just completely eat it up. This a long with many other things he says are complete bullshit and ridiculous. I wouldn't even consider Conor a top 10 "mover" in terms of footwork and effectiveness in the UFC. If you can show his "movement" and footwork that is so superior to others feel free, because I don't see it at all.

Edson Barboza has some of the most slick footwork in MMA. He isn't the best fighter but his footwork is awesome. Wonderboy has sick movement. Slap McGregor a couple times and he will stand in front of you winging left hands until he gasses.

Without a pool noodle he is lost.

Conor showed good movement against Brimage and Siver. The low level of opposition should probably be taken into account.

Whats the point of increasing all that range of movement if you don't have the energy to move

The way he moved against siver's takedown attempts was definitley something special, but he allready had that, this was before he worked with Ido. Ido just keeps him loose with those kind of movements on the ground. I can totally understand why he'd want to do that and see no problem with it,but obviously he needs to dedicate alot more time to the ground game.

"I was sitting there thinking about killing myself and then I saw my man and I knew I had to have his babies" - Conor McGregor

Conor did use more movement during his days at Cage Warriors FC and some of his early fights in the UFC (the fight against Brimage being the best example). Starting from the Poirier fight onward, Conor seemed to place less of an emphasis on movement and more on trying to knock the other guy out as soon as possible.

Until last Saturday, it was hard to argue with the results.

Wonder boy, Barboza, Edgar, all have superior movement to Conor.

Gimmicky bullshit. Wasted time. Too much touch butt.

he is so much into movement, he plays touch butt with darth vader eating good food playing around a lot of tools developmental pieces the best, softening exercises being a tough guy all the time a neglected concept

If you can't see Conor's superiority in comparison to the rest of the league, stop watching this sport and go get laser eye surgery but make sure the laser is not regulated so you can't watch this sport anymore. His movement is the most unique in the sport.

When Conor was being slapped like a 5 dollar bitch on meth, I was thinking "where is Ido Portal now, with his colorful dildos, to teach Conor some movements?"

Conor had extra 15% of mass in his last fight. He needs to take way more time to bring it to the same level as it was at 145 lbs.

No, that makes no sense. He spends the majority of his time around 170-180, the only time he is 145 is at weigh ins. Even then he comes in to the fight weighing at least 165. He never added anything, he just simply didn't have to cut to 145.

I think he overstates the numbers. Why would he show up at 168 lbs?

And he obviously looked much bigger during the fight against Diaz vs 145 lbs.
