Conor's new narrative: They're all the same except Nate

"I am a panic wrestler only against Nate"

It's a little bit true. The Diaz brothers have titanium chins. Trying to take them out by KO is like trying to invade Russia in winter. Bad idea.

Nobody Conor has fought could stand up to his left hand. He's kinda right. I mean, he DID fuck Aldo's life up with it, he did fuck Poirier up, he did fuck Holloway up, he did fuck Siver up. Diaz boys have bulletproof jaws. Nobody below 155 has that kind of chin.

the real problem conor has is that nate isnt known for having heavy hands, certainly not compared to some in the LW division and he rocked conor with a jab

what will happen when RDA lands flush, RDA has been walking through bigger guys than conor

So much for humbleness.

I was hoping that he would have shut up for a while...

Conor is tripping. He only faced FWs at the UFC so far, and his record in 155 at Cage Warriors says nothing of how UFC LWs will handle his striking.

The reality is: he gave up to punches. RDA hits harder than Nate, and takes Conor down easily in the first clinch.

He needs motivation and so on: but RDA would have finished that fight inside the first. This "nate is special" nonsense is...well, nonsense. Nate would have the belt otherwise.

Oh God.....

Conor.....just SHUT UP. Please. You're a great 145 kickboxer and MMA fighter. Be that. Just shut up already.

Dos Anjos has as many KO losses at Nate. 1.

Anything can happen in a fight but it seems more logical to postulate stepping up in weight is going to adversely effect his ability to drop his opponents than everything will be the same except for the one fight he just had.

This fight reminds me of something.

Last time an undefeated Irish bully.....picked a fight with a bigger, badder bully...

Good points. Although RDA wouldn't take Conor's punches as well as Nate, you make a fair point that Conor wouldn't take RDA's punches as well as he took Nate's. Fair point.....

As a huge McGregor fan i don't subscribe to this. Although I don't believe RDA would've been able to handle some of the shots he hit Nate with, who is to say he would've landed them before being taken down? I'd like to see him channel this frustration through cardio training and mat-work rather than dumb interviews like this. He'll be back strong.
