He gave the fans and ufc what they wanted by risking his title shot against a risky opponent. Probably the most non selfish act I have seen from a fighter in a long time. Conor could have waited and smashed RDA which most people know would have happened because of RDA's neanderthal striking skills.

He met Nate at a higher weight which gave Nate more power in his punches. At 155 Nate wouldn't have the power to KO Conor. He landed his hardest punch on Conor and still couldn't finish him after a dozen follow up punches so he was forced to use his BJJ.

Conor didn't get a full camp preparing for Diaz. Diaz said he was always expecting to fight McGregor and had been training for it. Without a fight camp that is unfair on Conor

It may be listed as a loss but in 50yrs time people will know it didn't count for the above reasons. All diaz fanboys can do is post the gif over and over again demonstrating their lack of understanding of mma

He got destroyed by Nate on few days notice.

He chose Diaz because he was the least risky. Most people expected Conor to walk through Nate on 11 days notice. Only with hindsight are people giving Conor any credit for Nate as an opponent.

Just shut the fuck up. For once, please.

All losses count.

If not, there's no incentive to WIN!

It was no fluke. He lost very decisively. He tapped quicker than a pig in Mecca.

I have decided to retire young.
Thanks for the cheese.
Catch ya's later.

These threads aren't funny or clever. We know you don't like Conor, so why talk about him?

The only lack of understanding was McGregor's ground game

I guess you will now proceed to say that he is undefeated..I see some Ronda in you

I'm not sure if trolling or serious but I'll answer serious

A lot will depend what he does in the future. If he miraculously beats nate in rematch and goes into LW division and does really well then yeah it will be seen as a fluke. If he does poorly like most of us think then Nate fight was just first of many to expose him.

people still think he cares about the fans? you cant be serious

it was a huge money fight and he thought it would be an easy win

You guys understand TS isn't a Conor fan, right?

He's just messing with you to get another Conor hate thread going.

TS doesn't get it. The hilarity of a short notice ass whupping delivered by none other than Cabo Nate Diaz?

The touch-butt shenanigans?

The complete surrendering to his own hype?

It's an ass-whupping that not only counts, but which we will remember, with much laughter, pretty much forever.

Great speech, but very little substance to support anything you've said.
