People hate Khabib mainly for 2 reasons.

1: He's 26-0. People usually hate fighters who are undefeated.

2: The casuals who started watching MMA in 2015 think McGregor is still champ and Khabib is a paper champ.

If Conor even fights Khabib it will be a lopsided victory for Khabib. He will just take him down and beat on him.

Anderson is my fsvorfav fighter, one of the greatest striker ever but major of the wrestler he has faced took him down. Silva had a ground game, Conor's ground game is legit as Ronda's striking.

Stats or not, moving backwards in a straight line with your chin in the air or flailing at your opponent is not great defense. It might be working so far, but someone is going to take advantage of it.

Just like Conor. Cardio wasn't an issue because he was hurting people enough to put them away in two rounds. It was great until he faced someone who wouldn't go down and could wear the damage.
