For starters I don't compete professional I merely train that way and also do a bit Crossfit when I want to add conditioning, some of us actually leave the basement.Nobody cares about your pretend lifting career.

Just about the entire roster is trying to cut as much water as possible so they have the most lean mass on fight night.
