Conor will never be able to beat nate diaz

Most sherdoggers know this, but it seems that many still have the delusion that Mcgregor can knock him out.

Mcgregor isn't even close to being the hardest puncher Nate has fought. Melvin Guillard was chucking bombs at Nates head and still got his ass choked, and Melvin Guillard still to this day is probably the heaviest hitter in MMA history (in regards to lightweight division).

I just don't see how Conor can win the rematch in anyway, Nates chin is granite and the only big shots he has taken were against Josh Thomson, and even Thomsons full power high kick still couldn't put Nate out.

Stylistically, guys like Ferguson, Diaz, and Cerrone just have the worst style for conor to be succesful against I'd even give gatekeepers like Gleison Tibau the edge against Mcgregor.

I agree Conor won't KO Nate, but I do think he can beat him.
 
For Conor is to get a win over Nate Diaz he will have to fight Nate like how Condit fought Nick Diaz at UFC 143.

If Conor tries to go toe to toe with Nate Diaz with just punches only then he will lose.

I expect sherdog to be crying how conor ran and he didnt really win after ufc 200 to be honest.But i agree with you ts if your fighting a diaz attack the legs and the body rather then spam uppercuts that arent connecting
 
Ts is correct. As the P4P greatest poster on this site I've seen hype trains and false prophets come and go. And Leprechaunnor is the classic case of UFC hype and idiot fandom. Nate will finish what he started and doom McTapper to crawl back into whatever pickey hole he crawled out of.

Dude, if Conor does win: Sherdog population will go from 1 million to 5. It will be the 9/11 of MMA only more death and devastation. It is a good thing Conor has such balls and fought 2 weight classes up a few weeks after he dusted Aldo in one punch; if Conor made the haters wait any longer, they may not have made it as the pain was simply too great.

To be honest the haters are super weird.I dont get how you can waste your time spewing hate and gloating about a guy losing,who moves up and challenges himself.I think he is nuts for moving up there are weightclasses for a reason.

Pick a champion and outside of Jones i doubt they beat the top 5 in the divison above.Rda for example would get mauled by the top 5 at ww.
 
They were both keeping pace and fighting a pretty equal fight. People make it seem like Conor got his ass completely destroyed or something. If I remember correctly, Conor was landing the same shot on Diaz everytime, Diaz just happened to be the one to stun.

I give both fighters good odds of taking the rematch.
 
i favor conor in the rematch most definitely
 
Time for Conor to start using his kicks as main weapons rather than mere distractions.
