They don't cut water for 2 weeks. They cut water for anywhere between 24 and 36 hours, maybe 48 at the absolute most. What comes before that is eliminating salt, eating clean, and getting things set up to get the water purge set up.

That's what I said apart from cutting the salt.
I think he'll make weight fine if he walks around that big all the time it means he's probably always cutting from that weightWell there is dieting that goes on during fight camp to burn off any fat he may have put on between fights. I think if he just focused on making weight he could do it in anywhere between 9-14 days, but I wouldn't recommend it.
