They seem to like Lockhart a lot. This cut seems to be a piece of cake for him. Like many other, I expect him to be at his peak at 155

I think it's definitely possible. That said Eddie will probably be the strongest fighter Conor has ever faced. If Eddie gets a deep double or deep under hooks I don't think Conor can muscle out.

If Conor's reaction time is on point I think he can get his hips out quick enough and make Eddie pay. Eddie will be stronger than Mendes, but he won't be able to get as low or deep on his TDs. I wouldn't be surprised to see Conor have better TD defense than he did against Mendes

This is a good post and accurate.

You may well disagree with me, but I am willing to go so far to say that Eddie should be careful on his takedown attempts if only becausr I could see Conor reversing to top position.

Yes, I am actually one of the few who recognize Conor has a decent ground game.

Ha has good hips and seemed to use his leverage well against Brandao. Where he got caught with Mendes was planting and getting throwing and Mendes ducking under.

People continue to neglect that Mendes is really fucking good and shooting fast power double off the counter. Eddie is nowhere near as fast as Mendes there.

Conor being taller than Eddie should help him with leverage if HE gets under hooks

I hope Conor gets some wrestling work in this fight. I really want to see how his grappling holds up when he's not already rocked.

A lot of it has to do with lighting. My guess is that you cherry picked that 145 picture to purposefully make him look bad. I just Googled "145 conor weigh in" and this is the first pic that came up.

Now check this out brah, it's taken pretty much at the same exact time as the one you posted. Like I said.. lighting...

He looked awful during the mendes fight, was the worst he's performed in a win too, he looked sloppy and was getting caught with punches a lot
