RDA got hurt; it's just the nature of the game sometimes.

Mind you, "Cain Unable" AKA "Walking Cain" AKA "I refuse to define my legacy because I'm too stupid to at least train properly" is a different story.

Anyway, RDA cannot give it a go, therefore, of course the UFC wants to appease/entertain fans. Duh. Oh, and to those who claim that he's not really hurt...get the fuck outta here. RDA is not scared. In fact, it's rather blasphemous to say that any fighter is "scared" of another fighter...but there are exceptions such as Ronda being terrified of Holly. She was scared pre-fight, during the fight, post fight, and to this day she doesn't accept that she actually LOST...but I digress.

So, back to Nate vs Conor: Many prefer Nate...many prefer Cerrone...and people were bound to be pissed regardless of who it was, but at least with Nate you know he's not going to wilt and or let Conor get in his head, as opposed to Cerrone falling prey to both of those things when he fought Nate. His probable adrenaline dump could very well be attributed to getting TOO amped TOO soon due to said mind games...meanwhile, Nate was slapping him all around the cage.

Oh, and unlike Werdumb, (for example) Conor didn't pull out due to a last minute opponent change. And seriously, for him to say that he could've fought if he wanted to was SO...stupid.

Conor is seeking to destroy, whilst Werdum was playing hide and go seek.

On a final note, in regards to Aldo not stepping in to fight...why the fuck should he? The fight is days away... Aldo need not act like a desperate fighter, he's above that.

...and pardon me if I'm mistaken, but the fact that he was just BRUTALLY KTFO in December should probably preclude him from fighting right now...or even training at a maximum level.

In closing, here is my prediction of the Conor vs Nate scrap:

Whereas Nate does indeed have some tools to make it very interesting, (by totally forcing a ground game) I foresee him standing and trading...onward to getting straight up MOLLYWHOPPED via Conor striking WITH him...

Conor at -350 is very justifiable.

everyone's saying Nate's only got bjj, which is just fucking dumb. It's like you guys have never seen a Nate Diaz fight before. Like, ever.

Nate made Cerrone look like a bitch standing up. And Cerrone would make Conor look like a bitch standing up.

So, this is really a thread to bash Cain, Wedum and Cerrone.....interesting.

Well, Nate definitely lacks wrestling/explosiveness/punching power/quickness/fight IQ...

You guys make out like he can't strike. Or doesn't have good striking. That's crazy. And about punching power, ask some of his opponents if he hits hard. It doesn't look like he is, but he's hitting harder than you think. He just alternates between half power, quarter power, and once in awhile slips a full power shot in there. Which is fucking high level striking.

Conor's getting beat bros. You better make square with that.

Don't forget Ronda! :p

It should be noted that I am a fan of Cain...which is why it's a shame that he decimated his career via archaic training...

Nate isnt a can. He just steamrolled a top 10 LW Michael Johnson. He has hands and sub skills. Conors 2 losses are by sub

If Nate beats Conor, that would be...insanely awesome, but it's a severe improbability.

Nate is tailor-made for Conor.

Nate can't kick.

Nate can't wrestle.

Nate is relatively slooow.

Cerrone would have trouble surviving the first round with Conor unless he went full panic wrestler mode.

You lost me at "hot hurt"? And the guy who said -800 would lose his shirt.

To educated fans, Conor is the underdog here
