Conor vs. Diaz reminds me A LOT of Miocic vs Struve

Conor is considered the shorter but more muscular, more technical power puncher with an iron chin, just as Miocic was against Struve. Everyone thought Miocic would get the easy KO. But when you saw them in there, it became apparent that Struve, like Diaz, is naturally an absolute behemoth compared to their blown up naturally smaller opponents. Accordingly, Struve walked through Stipe's punches like cotton candy, as Diaz will do to Conor. When Struve finally landed his own blows, Miocic damn near melted into an ooze. His supposedly great chin crumbed like dust under the power of a leviathan. If Conor thinks he's dealing with another Chad Mendes and decides to taste a blow from Diaz, he is going to be put into hibernation.

The size difference is identical, 6'10'' Struve vs. 6'4'' Miocic = half a foot. Diaz is 6'1.5" and Conor is 5'7.5". Think about it, who's "bigger" between Sean Sherk and Lebron James? Sherk has more muscle mass but he can never catch up with the natural size and power of a giant like Lebron.

struve couldn't handle that left hand against some 1 foot shorter than him.

Miocic is a wrestle-heavy fighter with limited and non powerful striking. Nothing at all like Conor.

Useless comparison.

McGregor is 5'9" and Diaz is 6": it's 3 inches difference. Besides, Miocic has a lot of success against Struve initially.

The difference is Diaz is lightyears ahead of Struve in boxing and using his reach.
