Dude, dont you know; this is sherdog. Conor may have destroyed every FW with ease but he will get rekt as soon as he fights a 55er. Sure, dont pay any mind to the fact that top 55ers like Guida, and Jury have got swallowed at 45. Also, dont pay any attention to Rumble who got dat ass whooped at 70 but went on to beat former a UFC HW champ and is possibly the most dangerous fighter in the world at any weight. Pay no mind to a so so 45 lber called BJ Penn who arguably beat the WW GOAT and held the WW and LW title. Pay no attention to a boxer called manny pacquiao who held belts at 8 weight classes.

Also, pay no mind to the fact that Conor at 45 is possibly the most sickly, over drawn fighter we have ever seen. This is Sherdog, no fighter will have any success at a higher weight class. Size>skill.
 
how can anyone who knows anything about fighting say that connor would easily beat alves? or that alves doesnt have the striking to deal with mcgregor.. i mean seriously wtf. ya mcregor can beat him, but alves isnt a guy that just gets destroyed on the feet and kod by anyone
