Outside of Nate this is probably Conors most winnable fight at 155. Barboza has a weak chin and Conor is really good at landing his left hand. I'd favor Conor to eventually catch him and finish him.

That said Conor is pretty susceptible to leg kicks due to his wide stance. Siver landed 15, Poirier landed 7, and Holloway landed like 12. None of them had much effect on the fight as none of them are hard leg kickers but Barboza obviously has the best in the UFC. So if Conor doesn't get the KO early he could be in trouble. And although we rarely see him do it I'm pretty confident Barboza could take him down, not sure if he would try though.

that 13 seconds was awesome and it broke my heart at the same time but Aldo hit him too and hit him hard he went in there and tried to put him away that's the fight we wanted, too bad Aldo fell.set that same fight up 100 times and maybe 30 of those times that 13 second ko goes to Aldo who knows. the fact is if he wants to keep that 145 belt he has to fight Aldo and the Aldo we saw at 200 could last way more that 13 seconds against Conor just like Conor learned and lasted more against Nate. and Holloway beats conor also in a rematch. Conor is very good but he made everyone else work harder and improve also just like Nate made Conor improve his game. it's a whole different landscape now and in all reality it is thanks to Conor wether i like to admit it or not.

and as for the applause he deserves it but so does every single last person on that roster no more no less. i have my favorites but i don't go around telling everyone they're superman because no one is. this is MMA Conor will lose again and there's nothing wrong with that people love their champions but are quick to drop them at the first sign of weakness.

Conor is just a miserable match up for muay thai wrecking balls. There are only two ways to defeat a Conor south of 170:

1. Be Khabib
2. Do triatholons your whole life, have massive size on Conor, have incredible boxing defense, have an incredible chin and hail from the 209
