I know people are pretty easy about smoking weed these days, but is it really a good idea tweeting several million people a photo of you smoking a joint?

I'm guessing it's not legal wherever he is (Ireland, I think), so is he not just bringing bad publicity for the bar/club that he's in? Would the police not take an interest in people openly smoking weed somewhere? Perhaps I'm wrong, but if it were my bar I wouldn't want this shit on Twatter.

I have no issue with it myself, but then I'm not in the public eye so who gives a fuck?

Well, seeing how you can't have weed in your system if you get tested, that's already the case.

I guess this means he will either make himself unavailable for testing, or he petitioned to be removed from the testing pool.
