Results matter far more than intent.

If good deeds all remain silent, then evil runs the world. If good people don’t brag about good deeds then those who get promoted and put in power are bad people.

Jesus had to show people he cared for the poor, he had to preach it to teach people. He didn’t tell people to keep Christianity a secret.

How can good people be promote if they don’t let people know they are good? It’s loser logic, it’s nice guy finish last logic.

The guy who keeps his good deeds secret is just denying the world valuable information. Imagine if a “good guy” ran for president but kept all his good deeds secret so no one knows he’s good, that’s an act of evil.
