Deez Knuts!!!

Weird that this is getting pushback, not like it's the first thread posted about an ad involving an MMA fighter (Colby's bang energy commercial, for instance).

In general, I find it heartening to see MMA fighters in ads for well-known companies. It means MMA is becoming mainstream. Plus, like this ad, they're worth a good chuckle.

The staff must have something against Conor McGregor.
Conor is way richer and infinite times more popular than Colby of course its gonna get pushback from certain class of people.

what's the point in posting Mcg promoting an online bet site?

Really shouldn't call democracy trolling. Best form of governance.
Lol.
I strongly disagree with that.

Not that democracy doesn't have it's merits but the idea that it is the "best" is just silly and ultimately depends on the conditions you use to measure the best form of rule. I can't think of a single situation where democracy wins out unless it is a relatively small and homogeneous electorate--but even then the choices are easily manipulated/biased.

Dictatorships actually do quite well on most metrics and measurements of government in every aspect other than picking a good successor to the dictator.

Just saying.

Research social choice. There is a ton of literature on the subject and logic-based proofs to demonstrate the issues with pretty much every voting system we know of (hint choosing between 2 choices using simple majorities is basically the only fair system but that falls on its head because of the inherent problem/bias in choosing the 2 choices to pick between, therefore creating a more biased version of other voting methodologies.

Sorry, studied this shit a bunch. I know that was not at all your point. Just a stickler for the topic and don't just go along with the status quo on this one.

Nothing beats a good dictator with the best interests of their people at heart. And a bad dictator isn't so bad because they usually get killed pretty quickly by their closest allies (see all of Roman history).

Can't stand these celebrities doing commercials for bookies, it's absolutely rife in my country and it's low in my opinion. I'm all for legalized gambling but I don't think it should be advertised or celebrated.

I mean a good dictator with the people's interest at heart is pretty much the concept of God.

I voted yes but I didn't actually want to see the guy dubbed :/
