Conor McGregor can indeed legally book a Boxing match without Zuffas permission (proof inside)

TS didn't even read that. Besides it will go to court before they let him unilaterally fight Merryfeather.

Then Money May would make him look like a fool. He would lose validity as a fighter, after he already did by Nate. Many casuals would get off his nuts and his star wouldn't shine so bright. UFC would drop him, or not give him fights and he would end up being the real loser in the situation.

All I can picture here is...

Really annoys me when people just copy/paste an entire article and act like its their own thoughts...

most of the more respected forums actually have rule against that. like 2 paragraph max copy paste.

really not cool to take an entire article that BE have put time in writing and just copy the whole thing

Either you're talking bollocks or I miraculously but correctly assumed what the piece was about.

And why do you want this to happen again?

Because it will be the most epic fight in the sport of MMA, ever! The Fertittas might actually have Conor assassinated in that case. Conor would be taking a huge risk to either win big and stick it up Zuffa's ass like no one has ever before, or have his life ruined forever. Either way

He'd be rich

If you can find where I even insinuated this was my piece I will happily concede that you are not an idiot, otherwise... I'm sure you can go figure.

Joe Rogan said something similar.

Ya but even they say its stupid risky and he would get sued no matter what and would be caught up in years worth of litigation

because you posted and left included phrases like "Ive"

irregardless. its not cool. if i was the writer and someone just took my entire peice and posted it id be pissed

Good speculation. The one thing that came to mind that would hinder this far-fetched scenario is Conor being under contract with the UFC while he applies for a boxing license. I'd imagine that license would be harder to get and if he gets it, the filed injunction would probably pass easier, since he's already signed a non-competition clause years earlier, which is in effect. You'd think a judge would look at this timeline, but I'm no lawyer and that's a twisted field.

"I've" is the word the writer has used, not myself.

I'm gonna call you 'Good Custard' from here on...

Because 'Good Custard' is thick.

You and i have distinctly different ideas of what a loser is.

Something tells me most fighters would be more than willing to hang'em up if the price was right.
A boatload of cash >>>> literally fist fighting for a paycheck.
