Father time catches up to everyone

Dustin is the same age and has more career fights. I think Dustin's strategy was perfect, Conor looked good early but he can't generate power and will look slow fighting on one leg. I will say Conor's cardio didn't look as good as the second Diaz fight, not sure what's going on there, maybe the extra muscle.

Dustin was leveling up fighting killers, while Connor was pouring up and railing lines.

He looked good up until his calf gave out because he doesn't check kicks. Once his calf went numb he had no footing and was basically throwing strikes from a single leg.

Yeah, it's kind of odd to see so many people acting like Conor had nothing for Dustin the whole fight. He arguably won the first round and landed quite a few solid shots while avoiding almost everything Dustin threw in return. Problem was, Dustin was able to outlast him into the second round, where all his leg kicks began paying interest.

I guarantee you if one of Conor's first round shots had put Dustin out, people would be saying how stupid Dustin was for chasing the leg kicks while getting pieced up.
