Conor looked OLD in there

It's time to hang it up :/

I don't think he looked old, he looked fast and powerful, but he clearly was off his timing wise which is his biggest asset.

He's been very inactive since 2016, time catches up like that. Fighters need to stay active to stay sharp.

His leg was done after 2-3 calf kicks. Beautiful plan by dustin with the clinch to make conor's arms heavy, then the leg kicks to kill conors movement, then finished with combos. Great gameplan and execution.

He doesnt check kicks, has shit cardio, and always had a mediocre chin.

He did, the boxing heavy training has completely changed his style, he used to be all about that in and out karate movement, but he wanted to stay in the pocket with a guy who can really punch.

Looked a bit nervous too.

I thought he looked done against Khabib, Cerrone was perhaps over too quickly to tell us where he was really at.

Conor is only 32 but he might as well be 42 after the partying he has done the last few years.

He's right when it comes to inactivity as well. And it's not just in the Octagon either. Dustin has been busy grinding in the gym these last few years as well as being a quite active fighter. Nothing but respect for Dustin.

He looks five years older than Poirer. They're people, and people look different. But all I know are the wrinkles I see.

I absolutely believe his lifestyle has taken its toll. He had to be the Notorious bad boy, and of all the products one could promote, his had to be WHISKEY (obnoxious Conor laugh). He used his fame and eventual fortune against himself. He didn't make Daniel Day Lewis money; he made Justin Bieber money. And he did Justin Bieber shit (or Tyson).

Conor's entire game was built off timing, that goes naturally as you get older plus his partying ways don't help, but no way I thought he would be gassed that early into a championship fight.

Dude is done at the top, also nice to know his more crazed fans like @Murder_KickHC are in identity crisis mode RN. Gonna take a lot of copium to get over that performance, he was missing a lot and didn't do much damage when he did land.

Conor should have retired after Floyd loss. Floyd almost killed him and he’s not been the same since.

He should have took a dive instead of taking all that damage

Agree, looked terrible apart from a few decent counters. Just compare his foot work in his prime to now. Its gone.

His timing was good. Just the leg kicks caught up to him. Also Poirier is an extremely good striker. Ask Max Holloway

Yup he's got a young man's style. It's actually not even like Conor looked like trash in there, I thought he still looked fast. Dustin fought really well, can't take anything away from Poirier.

If I had to guess I'd say Diaz vs Mcregor III and then retirement for Conor.

He looks like a mini tyson fury now. Too many yachts, too many mountains of blow.

Heavy breathing after round 1, was not a good sign for McG
