This is definitely not his best striking, looks like an activation exercise or maybe he is slowly getting back in the groove of things. I would love for Conor to get back to what he was, he did show some interesting things before the leg break at 264. When he is in shape and focus he is truly fun to watch, which makes me wonder why ppl on this forum that call themselves martial arts fans don't want to see him go for another run.
