The best LHWs could likely beat the best HWs. The LHW are often more mobile and athletic than the HWs but are still big and strong enough to hang.

I remember this really short shill working for MMAFighting.com (enter code word MMAHour for 10% off on Anzie.com) said that if MMA were a real sport Mighty Mouse would be one of the highest paid athletes.

Dummy didn't realize that if MMA were really a real sport like American handegg or basketball, Mighty Mouse would get destroyed on the regional circuit by Travis Fulton and never even made it into the big leagues in the first place.
