Pros:

- 15-1 in his last 16 fights

- 7-1 in the UFC

- UFC champion

- Holds the most impressive knock out in MMA history

- Has made more money than any other athlete ever in MMA

- Fucks Dee Devlin

Cons:

Has lost one fight in the UFC.

So, I guess my question is: Do you haters honestly feel you are now somehow "ahead"?

If you're not capable of seeing why McGregor is a polarizing character -
you're kidding yourself and naive.

Shes good looking but not impressed with Dee

Hes a UFC champ and a millionaire, I expect more to be honest

It's his personality. Has fuckall to do with his skills etc. He's a decent fighter, but he is not fucking remotely close to what he claims to be. And sadly, I think he actually believes the shit. The cognitive dissonance he must be experiencing right now has to be enormous and mentally damaging. We see what it did to Ronda. I'm interested to see how Conor ends up handling it.

Hopefully he handles it by not acting like he's been acting in the lead up to his next fight, and by taking a break from SBG and going to train nothing but wrestling and BJJ for about a year, with the Gi on.

Also, if Dee Devlin wakes up next to a dude like that every single day and has no problem sleeping at night, more power to her. That instantly makes her less attractive to me.

He's very shallow and thinks he's the king of the world

He's very disrespectful towards others

I understand the hate

It was definitely a great knockout, but Frank's KO of Zinoviev is arguably more impressive than Conor's in that Frank didn't get touched whereas Conor did take a little leather to his face.

You can't hide amongst midgets and consider that an accomplishment

It was a great knockout, but I personally, I always thought the most impressive knockout in MMA history was when Smith KO'd Conan because that signaled the game had changed.

Frank's KO of Zinoviev was arguably more impressive that Conor's in that Frank didn't get touched whereas Conor did take a little leather to his face.

I think the skill level of the opponent should count, a lot.

It's one of the go-to responses for the Conor haters.

Something tells me you would have liked that if the roles were reversed.

I don't hate Conor - there's just nothing I respect about the way he acts.

Maybe it has something to do with people never shutting the fuck up about him?

18 out of 19 wins were finishes....there's many more things but it's late...

Zinoviev was a quality opponent at the time. He came off a big win over Sperry. I do recall credible sources verifying that Rickson wanted nothing to do with Sperry.

btw i dont think people hate him, theyre just enjoying his defeat, simply becouse he was the loudes mouth and biggest trash talker in history of MMA, and then got bitchslapped around the octagon till he gave up and got choked out. Everyone likes to see a bully beatdown, and a loud mouth shut. Same thing with Ronda. Noones really hating Conor here i think, but its in peoples nature to enjoy bullies and trash talkers get slapped.

Also for me personally, that all money talk, i get money, i got more money than you, blah blah, that kind of talk always made me sick and i hate that kind of people.

Conor says "Im humble in victory, im humble in defeat" yet he never was actually humble nor in victory nor in any way, only now in defeat where he got humiliated and has no other option, and people enjoy this, simple...

I dont know could stuff like this be the reason:

"I chose this one because I came into this promotion as a two-way world champion and I had always wanted to replicate that. That was the goal, to continue to create history. This man across from me has a title. He has nothing else but that, he is a free TV fighter. He has nothing else to offer me except that gold belt. That was the simple decision."

"Listen, cut out all this other stuff and I'll go through the whole roster in four months," McGregor later exclaimed. "I tell you that right now, I'll whip every single one of them inside four months. Bring me in, weigh me in, and I'll fight the next night and wipe out the entire game inside four months."
