Conor defended his interim title when he beat Aldo. Saying Conor has never defended a belt is a myth. The man has 1 defense so stop saying he's never defended a belt. @chefa told me so!
 
No. He wasn’t the “reigning, defending, undisputed” champ.

um, you don't "defend" your interim belt (btw, lol at making him vs Mendes for an interim belt) when you are facing off vs the undisputed champion of the division.

He defended the McGregorweight Title a bunch of times before he lost it to (and then quickly regained it) Nate too.

Conor always defends, granted he lost that very title forever to Floyd.

Aldo was the defending champ in that fight, not Conor. Aldo wasn't trying to win the interim belt lol

Who gives a shit at this point. I consider Tony to be undisputed champ. Conor, the biggest mma figure on the planet, didn’t compete in 2017. He fought and got destroyed by an old man at boxing instead. He’s not the champ.
