Yes he did talk alot of shit and got choked out by diaz and did all that diva shit with dana white and 200. But he came into the UFC and put on some great performances and even the haters have to admit it was fun to watch. He kod chad mendes in a great fight then dethroned the the FW king in 13 seconds thats a pretty good achievement. He also brought alot of fans to the UFC with his PPV's and shit talking. Cut the guy some slack.

I respect him for losing the fight with Nate on purpose (to create an adversary), but I have no idea why he chose Nate to lose to. And why stage the whole build up for 200? seems pretty clear to me that Dana and Conor manufactured the whole disagreement to delay the fight. Perhaps it's a bigger money fight a few years down the line. Either way he's the goat, and has all the records.

If nothing else, he deserves credit for taking on opponents who change on a cpl weeks notice. Most high profile fighters bail when faced with this situation.

I honestly think Conor forced Jones to take on OSP on short notice. In the past he has backed out when his opponent has to withdraw.

Conor has set a precedent in that regard.
