That's why he gassed and folded.....he was on track to make 155 before RDA pulled out.

You should have a job as a UFC analyst

He actually won, he was breaking Diaz's forearm with a powerful blow when the fight was unfairly called early.

Back to salads and beating up midgets eh?

Does not work that way, had he cut he would have been over 170 come fight day.

Well he likely did less cardio training because he had no need to diet down. But on the positive side, his cardio was helped by the lack of a weight cut. It's hard to know what caused the cardio issues. There's Nate's reach, Nate's pressure, Conor's high pressure in round 1, and Conor's lack of cardio training compared to usual. They are all potential factors. Conor probably knows better than anyone. He'll learn from this

How about a proper strength/conditioning coach who can coordinate a conditioning session with the MMA workload as oppose to some yoga/capoeira dork?

Lol, Bj comes in more overweight and soft yet he has better cardio than Conor

I think SBG has a S&C coach. But I don't know what's best for him coaching-wise. Neither do you. Conor and the people around him have a much better idea of what coaching he needs.

And this isn't really a response to my post. I was listing potential reasons he gassed, and also pointing out that he probably didn't do as much cardio training this camp just because he didn't have to cut weight. Whether or not he'd benefit from a S&C coach in general has nothing to do with what I was talking about.
