That's why he gassed and folded.....he was on track to make 155 before RDA pulled out.
Well he likely did less cardio training because he had no need to diet down. But on the positive side, his cardio was helped by the lack of a weight cut. It's hard to know what caused the cardio issues. There's Nate's reach, Nate's pressure, Conor's high pressure in round 1, and Conor's lack of cardio training compared to usual. They are all potential factors. Conor probably knows better than anyone. He'll learn from this
I think SBG has a S&C coach. But I don't know what's best for him coaching-wise. Neither do you. Conor and the people around him have a much better idea of what coaching he needs.How about a proper strength/conditioning coach who can coordinate a conditioning session with the MMA workload as oppose to some yoga/capoeira dork?
