Say what you will, but the guy can fight and he is one of the best ever in my opinion. Not a top 10 great, but he's well on his way there with some more big wins at featherweight. He slept Aldo in 13 seconds for god's sake; with ONE PUNCH.

Yeah, his arrogance was irritating at times and he said outrageous things but he backed it up and he has some phenomenal wins. He's the only guy to step up and jump two weight classes and still give the bigger guy a hell of a fight.

That being said, now that the hideous, shit smelling, McDouche fanbase that had somehow latched on to the guy has left, we're now seeing the influx of even greater ignoramuses claiming that he was never that good. Well he was that good. Deal with it. Looking forward to seeing them both in their next fights.

Let us take a moment to just enjoy the beauty of this sport. The way Nate sliced right through him on the ground was just incredible.

I'm gonna go play touch butt in the park now.

Conor fans have been insufferable for at least a year. People can brag about this all they want as far as i'm concerned.

McGregor thought he could avoid fighting people his own size by cutting huge amounts of weight and leapfrogging one of the most competitive divisions in the sport. Then when that didnt work out he thought he could hand pick an opponent a week out and pick up an easy victory without even trying.

Too bad for him Nate Diaz cut his fucking teeth in the same division Conor spent the last two years ducking, and now we all know the guy being shoved in our faces as a three division GOAT likely isn't even the best fighter in the division he has a belt in.

The fact that he was clearly never planning on going back to FW to defend his belt and leaving hardworking real champions like Frankie Edgar waiting in the sidelines is just one straw too fucking many.

Conor and every single one of his retard fans that have been ruining this forum deserve absolutely every piece of crow they eat tonight.

Aldo was on top fighting the best of the best for six years. Conor lasted two months.

People will still buy his fights and like he said, his checks are Super Heavy. As long as he doesn't start taking a bunch of L's he will be cashing in nicely.
 
The ridiculous McGregor fanboys are annoying, the fans that know what they were talking about are fine. Its these fanboys that come here and say silly shit that gets everyone upset. Conor is still one of the best fighters in the UFC, he will come back stronger. Hopefully without these pussy fanboys.

this. Get used to it, it was well earned. Connor was/is good just a 1 trick pony with no defense or cardio. He's still got great hands and decent footwork. If he works on the major holes in his game he can probably achieve a lot more in the sport.

But the hate and backlash is well deserved considering sherdog had been hijacked by the worst fanbase ever for the past what, year or two? it's just a means to cleanse out the rest of the nuthuggers that are still holding on.

I legit hope Connor comes back from the loss and does some big shit again tho, he's good for the sport and has been nothing but entertaining to watch fight.

...and hopefully with a better ground game. The LW division has other people who can submit. RDA came from BJJ, Pettis is no slouch off his back. He really needs to improve his ground game. Spend more time on the mat, whatever can prevent this type of finish.
