There is justifiably a lot of skepticism regarding whether Conor will in fact fight Chandler, and a lot of this seems to revolve around his hesitation to re-enter the USADA pool promptly. He basically admitted to taking steroids during his recovery, and clearly his physique attests to it; he's gained a lot of mass and looks swollen, even though he does not have a particularly thick frame.

Now, there are many reasons to be skeptical that, if he were in fact to return, he would perform well: he has been visibly partying much, he is older, has been out of competition for a while, is coming off a terrible injury, hasn't won a fight in years, and is going against someone who despite being reckless is also a very disciplined and powerful athlete.

But on top of that, if Conor was to suspend whatever PED regimen he has been on as a result of re-entering USADA, it is overwhelmingly likely his body would take a hit and he would not look the same or be capable of performing the same way come fight night. The history of transitioning from PED to no-PED use in the sport is notorious, and we have many examples (Belfort, Ellenberger...) that show a drastic drop in physical integrity and performance.

So why would anyone expect Conor to look as he does today come fight night?

But on top of that, if Conor was to lay off the sauce as a result of re-entering USADA, it is overwhelmingly likely his body would take a hit and he would not look the same or be capable of performing the same way come fight night. It'll be the return of The Walking Dead Conor

Conor won't fight again, he's too addicted to the juice <{1-17}>
I think it's pretty safe to say that. He won't fight this year, his prime is over. Gonna be 35 in a month. Partying all the time. If he somehow comes back and fights again, he's just gonna collect more Ls and ruin his legacy. It's over.

I don't think there is a person out there that thinks Conor to look as he does today come his potential next fight night.

If he's taking the juice as is assumed, there is no chance he stops at this point. He's a perfect example of an athlete who can afford the "designer drugs" for which tests don't even exist. He may be taking some time to develop and transition to untraceable products, before risking a positive test.

Also a chance he never fights again and is just wasting everyone's time for attention...

Tldr news is now that he got 2 more days to enter the testing pool to even fight this year . Imo it's cause of Recreational drugs
So the question is will he fight and when and who.

He'll surely look the same as always. It's lw/ww not hw

Muscle doesn't just disappear because you stop taking steroids. Getting rid of significant muscle while training for a fight is rough work, more rough than Conor is likely willing to handle.

We have no idea what he's on so we have no idea what changes will occur. The only reasonable result is that he may lose some muscle mass if he's on something anabolic like testosterone, HGH, deca, etc. or maybe be a bit less lean.

You guys act like he's 240 lbs at 5'9" or something. He's like 195-205. He isn't beyond natural realms for someone with $100 mil in the bank.

Conor is by far at his best when he is slim. But unfortunately, he has the worst case of little man syndrome I have ever seen in a fighter and wants to be "big" and bulk up. He hates that he is a small man. But the bigger Conor gets, the worse he fights

Agreed. These chaps talk like hes some sort of monster.

He looks more different in the face.

Watch the first two episodes of this season of TUF and you’ll arrive at the conclusion that there’s no fucking way he’s fighting. Everything about his look, demeanor, and body language suggests that he ain’t fighting anytime soon. Swollen, soft, labored, incoherent, and in a perpetual state of windedness. Chandler would literally murder him at this point.

I've thought similar when I've seen videos of him but TUF was filmed a while back wasn't it?
