Going on these low carb diets.. especially as professional athletes. This puts unneeded stress on the body forcing it to make its own glucose through gluconeogenesis in the liver/kidneys.. an athlete should be using GLUCOSE and not FAT / KETONES as their primary fuel!
No wonder why this guy gasses in 2 rounds .. not to mention he doesn't even have any body fat to burn!
